Your Walkstool is warranted for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase with the following terms and conditions:

The Walkstool Australia warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of the purchase and during the first 24 months. The warranty only comes into force if the proof of purchase is shown, with a valid payment of receipt. During the warranty period and by presenting the proof of purchase, you will have the right to have any manufacturing defect repaired free of charge.

In the event that repairs are improper to restore the normal conditions of use of your Walkstool, or if you purchased a Walkstool that is no longer available, we guarantee its replacement with a Walkstool of the same or similar model/color. The Walksool warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear or deterioration as well as water or fire damage, loss or theft. Please contact us to proceed with your warranty claim.

The Walkstool Special Care warranty

To be sure that our customers are satisfied with their purchase, we provide a special care program that covers the first 14 days after purchase. This includes ANY KIND of defect or damage caused by normal use. If you believe your Walksool is under the special care warranty, please contact us, indicating in the subject “Special Care” and in the text, your address and telephone. We will be happy to assist you in this process.

The Walksool Special Care warranty does not cover

Damages occurred from exposure to water or fire;
Any damage of any part of the bag resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, stains, cracks etc.) incorrect use of the Walkstool.
